3Way Solutions Ltd is committed to preventing all work-related injuries, illnesses and providing a healthy and safe workplace for all employees, customers, visitors and contractors attending our site.

Health and Safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Our Commitment and Responsibilities to Health and safety include:
• Providing a safe work environment
• Providing adequate resources necessary for safety awareness, training programs and reporting procedures to ensure our workplace is injury free.
• Ensuring employees are trained and understand they are responsible for their own safe behaviour and the safety of others in the workplace.
• Encouraging employee’s involvement in creating a safer and improved environment at work, home and community.
• Achieving and exceeding all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
• Communicating and consulting openly with employees on Health and Safety issues.
• Maintaining appropriate systems and regularly reviewing our own safety policy requirements.
• Supporting the process of injury management and rehabilitation within the workplace.
• Using the process of continuous improvement as an integral part of its fundamental business objectives.
• Accurately recording and reporting any work-related incidents and accidents.

Quality Policy

3Way Solutions’ top management ensures that quality objectives are established at relevant functions and levels, including those necessary to meet product requirements. These objectives are measurable and aligned with the quality policy outlined below.

3WS is committed to satisfying our customers’ requirements and need through continually improving our products, services and business process.

Environmental Policy

3Way Solutions Ltd (3WS) is committed to responsible environmental management and believes that the potential environmental impacts of our business activities can be effectively managed.

To achieve the goal of effectively managing environmental impacts, 3Way Solutions will fulfil the following outcomes:

• Achieve and maintain a system based on AS/NZS 14001 and in compliance to relevant legislative requirements.
• Promotion of responsible environmental management.
• Informing all personnel of their environmental responsibilities through consultation, training and distribution of appropriate information.
• Ensure hazards to the environment are identified, risk assessed and effectively controlled.
• Controlling waste producing activities based on the principles of reduce, re-use, re-cycle and appropriate disposal.
• Promotion of energy efficiency and conservation of resources.
• Avoiding the pollution of land, water and air.
• Avoiding disruption to sites of archaeological, historical and natural significance.
• Protection of native flora and fauna.

3WS believes that the effective Management of the environment is a shared responsibility between all personnel at all organizational levels and is a priority.

Continuous improvement will be enhanced by the ongoing development, maintenance and monitoring of the system.

 

Ethics Policy

3WS conducts business with the highest level of integrity, respect, compliance, responsibility and professionalism, to ensure ethical, sustainable and successful business.

3WS is committed to the highest standards in respect of labour and human rights, protection of the environment, ethics in business, and promotes these pillars within its sphere of influence.

3WS engages in work practices that are legal, fair, and ensure decent treatment of our workforce by providing conditions that do not cause physical or mental harm to workers.

Our policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with 3WS, both domestically and internationally. It encompasses all aspects of 3WS’s operations, including procurement, production, distribution, and partnerships, and extends to
their supply chains, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.

3WS Expects:
• Ethical Behaviour – 3WS manages its activities and affairs with integrity in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards.

• Prevention of Corruption and Bribery – 3WS has a zero-tolerance policy that prohibits all unlawful payments and practices and does not tolerate corruption of any kind in its business transactions.

• Compliance with Trade Sanctions – 3WS has a firm commitment not to conduct prohibited business with any individual, entity or country that is the subject of trade sanctions.

• Gifts and Hospitality – Suppliers are expected to refrain from offering gifts and hospitality to 3WS employees. 3WS will refuse all gifts and hospitality that are not of reasonable, modest and symbolic value, nor occasional, transparent and cannot be reciprocated. Suppliers shall not provide any gifts or hospitality to third parties on behalf of 3WS.

• Compliance with Competition Law – Suppliers shall comply with the applicable competition and antitrust rules. In particular, they shall not enter into any agreement with competitors that has the purpose or effect of fixing prices, distorting a bidding process, sharing markets or customers, limiting production or boycotting a customer or supplier, nor abuse a possible dominant position on the market. They shall ensure not to exchange with competitors any competitively sensitive information that could potentially restrict competition.
• Data Privacy – All suppliers will undertake to collect and process all personal data in compliance with current data protection laws and regulations applicable to the processing of this data in the specific jurisdiction where services are provided. Suppliers are not permitted to use personal data on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party.

• Protection of Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Rights – Suppliers shall comply with all the applicable laws governing confidential information and intellectual property rights. Suppliers shall not share or disclose any of 3WS’s confidential or proprietary information without 3WS’s prior written consent.

• Compliance with Export Controls – Export controls ensure that exports of certain goods, services, software or technology are kept out of the hands of unauthorized users and are not used for unauthorized purposes. 3WS expects its suppliers to be fully committed to complying with applicable export controls when conducting business. Applicable export controls are those determined by a company’s physical location as well as the country of origin of goods, services, software and technology.

3WS ensures that all employees are aware of their individual and collective responsibilities with regards to the company’s ethics, and to emphasise our employees’ and customers’ expectations to being treated fairly and in accordance with good business practices.

Any instances of unethical behaviour(s) identified within 3WS, or its supply chains must be reported immediately to management. Reports will be investigated promptly.

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued effectiveness and relevance with best practices.

 

 

Modern Slavery Policy

3WS believes that all people in New Zealand have the right to dignity, equality and respect and that they have a responsibility to recognise and respect these human rights in their operations.

3WS is working with its suppliers and consumers to ensure modern slavery are not part of their supply chains. All work shall be voluntary on the part of the employee. Suppliers shall strictly
prohibit and prevent all forms of modern slavery, including human trafficking, forced, bonded or indentured labour. This includes transporting, harbouring, recruiting, transferring or receiving
persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction or fraud for labour or services and applies to all types of workers, including temporary, youth or migrant workers.
This policy outlines 3WS’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of their business activities.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with 3WS, both domestically and internationally. It encompasses all aspects of 3WS’s
operations, including procurement, production, distribution, and partnerships, and extends to their supply chains, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.

Management:
– Management is responsible for establishing a culture of zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking within the organization.
– Management will ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to identify, prevent, and address instances of modern slavery.
– Management will provide leadership and resources to support the implementation of this policy and promote transparency and accountability throughout the organization.

Procurement and Supply Chain:
– Due diligence on suppliers and business partners to assess their full compliance with applicable immigration and labour laws in the countries in which they operate and to provide all employees with written employment contracts.
– They must incorporate supplier codes of conduct that prohibit modern slavery and require suppliers to uphold ethical labour practices of rights of liberty and freedom of movement of their workers. Workers must have free access to their documentation, including passports, identity papers and travel documents, in accordance with the applicable law.

Employees:
– All employees are encouraged to familiarise themselves with this policy and to understand their role in preventing modern slavery within the organization and its supply
chains.
– They are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery to management promptly.

Zero Tolerance: 3WS has a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. 3WS will not knowingly engage in or support any activities that involve modern slavery, forced labour, or human traƯicking. 3WS’s recruitment processes ensure that all its workers have the legal right to work in NZ for the period of their employment. To this end 3WS
will ensure that all workers are employed under NZ employment agreements. For workers employed through outside agencies, 3WS requires that they meet NZ employment standards
and to provide them with evidence of this by way of policies and behaviours.

Due Diligence: 3WS is committed to due diligence on its operations and supply chains to identify and address risks of modern slavery. This includes assessing the labour practices of suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.

3WS will maintain transparency in its operations and supply chains regarding efforts to prevent modern slavery. 3WS will hold themselves and their suppliers accountable for upholding ethical labour practices and complying with relevant laws and standards.

Any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking identified within 3WS, or its supply chains must be reported immediately to management. Reports will be investigated promptly.
